„Heatmiser UH8“ centralę galima naudoti su bet kuriuo kambario termostatu, kuriam reikalinga 230 V įtampa. Šiuo prietaisu galima valdyti iki 8 zonų. UH8 korpuse įmontuoti du šildymo laiko kanalai – kiekvienai zonai leis nurodyti, kurį laiko kanalą ji turi laikytis. Karšto vandens valdymui ar kitiems pagalbiniams įrenginiams yra numatyti 2 papildomi laiko kanalai. Centralėje yra įmontuota 230 V išvestis, skirta atitinkamoms zonų pavaroms, grindų šildymo siurbliui ir vožtuvui perjungti atskrose zonose. Katilui tiekiama speciali įtampos jungtis, todėl ji yra suderinama su beveik visų tipų katilais.
Paprastosios slinkties jungiklis 8 zoną paverčia tinkama valdyti radiatorius. Taikant šį valdymą, 8 zona neįjungia grindų šildymo siurblio, vožtuvo ir katilo. Prie kiekvienos zonos galima prijungti iki 4 pavarų.
