Flush-mounted diffuser ERGOVENT KVADRO – 125 mm

HIGH QUALITY GYPSUM

ERGOVENT plasterboard is strong and homogeneous. The fastening elements are cast into the body, nothing is drilled and nothing is glued to it. During casting, the slightest air bubbles are removed, the plaster surface is smooth and white as snow.

SUITABLE FOR ALL CONNECTION METHODS

The diffuser can be connected: 1) directly to a metal duct, 2) via a flexible corrugation (tin duct system), 3) via a junction box (plastic duct system). The package includes clear and detailed installation instructions. The diffuser can be selected with standard 100mm, 125mm or 160mm connections.

SIMPLE AND CONVENIENT MOUNTING

The diffuser is fixed directly to the plasterboard with self-tapping screws. The fixing elements are adjustable and instantly adapt to 1 or 2 layers of plaster (and any non-standard thickness if necessary).

CAN BE MOUNTED INTO FINISHED CEILINGS

The only flush-mounted diffuser that is easy to install even when the plasterboard ceiling is already installed, and requires connection through a rigid duct.

EXCELLENT AERODYNAMICS

During the design, KTU scientists were involved in the design, using computer simulation of the diffuser's operation. In order to achieve the best aerodynamic properties, various geometric changes were tested. One of them, a special "belly" on the inside of the cover, effectively reduced air vortices inside the diffuser. Air resistance and noise level were also significantly reduced.

EXTREMELY LOW NOISE LEVEL

Gypsum has not only antistatic (dust does not stick to it), but also acoustic properties. Part of the sound reflected by the gypsum surface is absorbed. Aerodynamic improvements made to the ERGOVENT diffuser have further reduced resistance to air flow. As a result, it can be safely stated that this diffuser operates quieter than any metal diffuser. Simply put, the operation of the diffuser will not actually differ from the quiet environment of the room (of course, if there is no additional noise from the duct system itself).

RELIABLE COVER FIXING

The central cover is heavy and not all manufacturers have managed to solve its fastening properly. In the ERGOVENT diffuser, this cover is held by magnetic holders, not by screw heads that stick to magnets. The magnets fully contact the magnetized stainless steel part in the cover and hold it really reliably. Since there are no magnets in the cover, there is no magnetic field that attracts dust.

NO DIRT ON THE CEILING

Conventional surface-mounted diffusers direct the air flow towards the ceiling. Therefore, dirt accumulations can often be seen around them on the ceiling. The air flow of a flush-mounted diffuser is directed straight down and never touches the ceiling. The ceiling around the diffuser will always be clean. Dirt is only possible inside the diffuser, where there is an invisible area. Maintenance work can be carried out by opening the cover. Tip: change the recuperator filters on time and there will be almost no dirt.

EXTREMELY SAFE PACKAGING

We can confidently say that the ERGOVENT diffuser has the safest packaging on the market. During safety tests, the packaging protected the product from damage when it was dropped 12 times in all possible directions from a height of 80 cm.
