If the goods are of appropriate quality, according to Article 6.362 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, the buyer has the right, within 14 days from the transfer of non-food goods to him, unless the seller has set a longer term, to replace the purchased items with similar items of different dimensions, shape, color, model or completeness at the place of purchase or another place specified by the seller, or to return the items to the seller and recover the price paid for them.
Please note that the buyer's request to replace or return the items is satisfied if the items have not been used, are not damaged, have retained their usable properties, have not lost their marketable appearance, and the buyer has evidence confirming that he purchased the items from a specific seller. If the item was defective, the seller undertakes to repair or replace it with a new one and deliver it to the buyer within 30 calendar days.
It is important to note that Article 17 of the Retail Trade Rules provides for a list of non-returnable goods (for example, electrical appliances, toys, furniture, cosmetics, books, underwear, etc.). Goods included in this list, provided they are of suitable quality, may be returned only with the seller's consent.
All costs related to the transportation of the goods when returning them are paid by the Buyer.
1. The warranty terms and conditions shall enter into force from the date of transfer of the product to the buyer;
2. When submitting the product for warranty repair, the buyer must also submit a purchase document;
3. The Buyer must deliver the product for warranty repair in a sturdy packaging that ensures safe transportation. If the product is delivered without packaging, the Seller is not responsible for mechanical damage caused to the device during transportation;
4. If the product malfunction is not confirmed or if there are malfunctions that are not covered by the warranty, the Buyer pays all costs related to the transportation of the product, determination of the malfunction and repair;
5. The product will be replaced with a new one or the money will be refunded if the defects that occurred during the warranty period cannot be eliminated;
6. After the end of the warranty repair, the Buyer is informed about the possibility of returning the product. If the Buyer does not return the product within 3 months after the end of the warranty repair, the Seller has the right to no longer store the product and may dispose of it.
Warranty obligations do not apply in the following cases:
a) If the faults occur due to lightning, flood, earthquake, fire or other natural disasters;
b) If the defects are caused by using the product in a manner that does not comply with the instructions;
c) If the product has been dropped or damaged after purchase;
d) If the product was arbitrarily destroyed without the Seller's consent;
f) If the product and its internal components are contaminated, and the air or water movement openings are contaminated;
g) If limescale has accumulated inside the product due to neglect.
