Underfloor heating grid Warmset BLACK, 85W

Warmset BLACK underfloor heating grid features new infrared technology. This heating system is easy to install under tiles. It is usually laid on adhesive or screed. Depending on the size of the room, it can be heated with one or more rolls of WARMSET Black mesh.

Technical characteristics:

• Power: 85 W/m²;
• Insulation resistance: up to 80 °C;
• Warranty: 10 years. The warranty applies after filling out the technical passport located in the warranty journal;  
• Complies with the Electrical Installation Directive (BS7671:2008) standard EN60335-2-96;
• Thanks to its convenient structure, the installation of the mesh is quick and easy;
• Extremely thin (only 3 mm);
• Ideal for installation in screed or adhesive layers;
• Suitable for wet installation under tiles, stone, ceramic or laminated wood floors;
• Protection class: IPX7.

Warmset underfloor heating system consists of a 17 mm wide strip laid on a fiberglass mesh with a standard width of 500 mm. The wires inside the strip are mainly made of aluminum and other metal alloys covered with polypropylene film. The average thickness of the mesh is 3-4 mm with a maximum front and rear joint of 6 mm. The length and power of the mesh roll can be varied: 1 - 40 m long and from 30 to 300 W/m2. As standard, you can purchase 85 or 150 W/m² power grid. The spacing between the heating strips varies from 25 to 70 mm (depending on the W/m2 power). The standard length of the electrical cable is 2 m. Due to its two-wire structure Warmset BLACK mesh does not emit electromagnetic radiation.

The packaging of these underfloor heating mats is made from no less than 40 % recyclable materials and is environmentally friendly!
